I've been too busy to blog...I feel out of sorts.
I'm looking forward to the next couple of days. Spending time with family, reminiscing, eating lots of good food.
The boys, especially Ian, will be so excited tomorrow. Santa's got lots of packages to bring in this evening. I've still got lots of preparing to do, also.

Do you have a regular workout routine? What's your favorite form of exercise?
My regular workout routine revolves around 2 Leslie Sansone walking videos. I had been doing just the one mile video for quite awhile. Then I started doing the two mile walk to get a variety. Well, I hit a plateau in my weight loss (6 long weeks!!) and decided to buy the three mile walk. The payoff this week is I lost 3 lbs. & finally got my 25 pounds lost awards. So exciting!
I don't like to exercise which is why I chose the walk videos in the first place. Finding the time to workout is yet another issue. I've found that if I workout as soon as the boys are on the bus in the morning, I feel that I've gotten it out of the way. Sometimes its not always possible, so in the afternoon between 1:30 - 2pm works also. That's usually when I feel tired and want to sit, so instead I do the walk video. So far, I've seen results- I'm happy.
Now that I've hit my 25 lb goal, I need to think about working on strength training. Not liking the untoned arms & such. May have to join a gym or something. Hubby will just love paying the bill for that- NOT!
